Audio Engineer

Position: Audio Engineer

Type: Part-Time Contractor

Compensation: $50–$90/hour

Location: Remote

Apply your audio expertise to help train next-generation AI systems by reviewing and annotating robotic video and audio data. No prior AI experience is required — your audio knowledge and attention to detail are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and annotate audio and robotic video data .
\n
• Identify issues such as noise, clipping, distortion, echo, hum, and dropouts .
\n
• Assess audio quality and accurately categorize issues.
\n
• Provide clear labels, notes, and feedback.
\n
• Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent quality.
\n

Required Qualifications

\n
• Experience in audio engineering, audio production, sound editing , or a related field.
\n
• Strong understanding of audio quality and recording issues.
\n
• Proficiency with audio editing or production tools .
\n
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
\n
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Production, Music Technology , or a related field.
\n
• Experience with audio QA, editing, annotation, or media review .
\n
• Experience with data annotation or AI training projects.
\n

Compensation

\n
• $50–$90/hour.
\n
• Part-time independent contractor engagement.
\n
• Approximately 60 positions available.
\n
